What a year! From high highs to low lows and everything in between, this year is one we won’t easily forget.
One of those highs for me has been starting this Business of Family project and connecting with all of you. It’s been an incredible learning opportunity, challenging me to grow in new ways and opening my eyes to new ways of “playing long-term games with long-term people”.
In a year of crisis, it’s been reassuring to be engaged in so many conversations with multi-generational families and the businesses they steward - most of which have survived and prospered through World Wars and other critical tests to their survival.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this content as much as I have enjoyed producing it. As we turn the page on another year, I have one small ask of you, please hit reply and tell me:
  1. What was your favourite BoF episode/newsletter in 2020?
  2. How would you like to see this project expand in 2021?
Wishing you and your families a healthy and prosperous year ahead.
My best,
